In addition, he was extremely friendly despite my attitude and frustration for not having the appointment my wife told me we had. I enjoyed working with Dan at Desert BMW. The purchase and paperwork went through quickly and with ease. Most of the conversation with Dan was initially through e-mail, and was pleased to see that what we and paperwork went through quickly and with ease. I gave the "quality of work" a 4, (which is no reflection on Dan) due to the fact I drove back on a separate occasion to have the back bumper partially repainted, and with in a week, the black line that was initially on the bumper was showing through again. I did not contact Desert BMW about this, since I was not going to make the 2 hour drive (again) to address it. More

On December 29th, 2011 I walked into the dealership hoping to purchase a vehicle. Earlier that day I was talking with Mr. Pyon over the phone trying to figure out what my options are. After doing his homework Michael called me and gave me the prices and the options and asked me to stop by the dealership. Upon my arrival I was skeptical knowing from previous experiences with other car sales associates that everything he said was in order to get me to come to the dealership to sell me a car. I was wrong! Michael was a man of his word and stood behind everything he promised. I know that not everything was in his control but the fact of the matter, is that he did everything in his power to deliver what he had promised. Bottom line Michael Pyon is a great and HONEST sales associate and his professionalism is outstanding and admirable. When I needed a new car last July, my husband casually suggested we check out Desert BMW as he has had positive experiences there i their sales team! We were lucky enough to hook-up with sales associate Dan Perlstein. Dan made a potentially frustrating/time consuming/pressure-filled experience a true delight and fun experience. Needless to say, I drove home in a new BMW shortly after we decided this was the car for me. Dan and the entire team at Desert BMW do a wonderful job and I don't see myself elsewhere for cars anytime soon. A friend of mine who owns a BMW told me to call Shane O'Hanrahan, the General Manager, for a referral on an honest, not pushy, knowledgeable, nice, caring salesperson. Well, I could not have created one better than Albert! From the moment my family and I walked into the showroom, he made us feel at home as he explained the features of the BMW 328i Convertible (which I had little information on prior to our meeting). He answered all of my questions (boy, did I have a lot of them!) with extreme patience and he was a real pleasure to work with. We spoke a number of times over the phone and he was prompt in getting back to me as promised. Believe it or not, the car buying experience was actually a lot of fun. Albert and my family got along so well as we joked with one another, that there was very little stress involved in the purchasing part of the deal. There was one available car on the lot that I was interested in, and Albert helped make it worth my while to buy it. While I loved working with Albert, I would be remiss if I did not mention some of the other wonderful employees at Desert BMW. I am grateful to Shane for introducing me to Albert (it was a perfect match) and for following up with me on the purchase of my vehicle. Dan Eastman was the great go to guy for finalizing the car's price and he worked hard to try to please us. He is quite experienced in finances, so he took his time to go over all of the paperwork that I received and explain everything in a simple manner. Finally, kudos to Finance Manager, Anthony Aversa, for working out a great interest rate for me and giving me the opportunity to digest the various available warranties without pushing me to buy anything. Even though this is the only dealership in Las Vegas (same company as Henderson), Desert BMW wants to please its customers and I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company. More
