I must say Michael Pyon is the reason I returned to BMW after going to 5 other car dealerships! He made the experience pleasurable rather than annoying and pressured as I have experienced in the past. He after going to 5 other car dealerships! Based on my experience with Desert BMW of Las Vegas the one salesperson I would stand clear of is ALBERT WEISSER. This guy is the stereotypical car salesman vulture. He'll hover all over you and promise yo one salesperson I would stand clear of is ALBERT WEISSER. This guy is the stereotypical car salesman vulture. He'll hover all over you and promise you everything but once the sale is done he will not abide by any of his promises. Do not believe anything he has to say since this guy qualifies as a certified professional liar. He screwed up my recent purchase of a BMW 535i GT and showed absolutely no remorse for his unprofessional actions. Desert BMW of Las Vegas is a very customer friendly and accommodating dealership but ALBERT WEISSER does not reflect the dealerships philosophy of customer service or integrity. I would highly recommend this dealership but stand clear of ALBERT WEISSER who is nothing but self serving. More

Over the years I have purchased many cars. After each time ,I told myself never again. The buying experience from Albert was the most pleasant I had ever imagined. Albert came to my house..picked up the car and brought it down to to be fixed. It was repaired ,and he drove it back to my house. Now thats customer service! EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had my first car experience in 2008 I leased a 3 series that was stolen before my lease was up s EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had my first car experience in 2008 I leased a 3 series that was stolen before my lease was up so was left high and dry and thought it would be months before I could even afford to be in my dream car again. Mind you my decision to purchase a bmw in the first place is because both my mother and her husband own a 3 series and BMW motorcycle. I figured I didn't want to walk in the dealership to look at cars again because I was no where near what I wanted to put down like my last car. Well I filled out an application online and looked for a bigger BMW this time and had my eye on a 5 series. I already bought a brand new car fresh off the lot in 08 and being the amount of money I lost from the theft I wanted to be more conservative. Well, my, man Daniel Perlstein hooked it up! He called me and first thanked and congratulated me for being a valued customer and stated my credit checked out and I could come down that, saturday afternoon to get into the car I choose. I brought my mom and her husband because as a woman,I, thought I'd be pushed into a deal or car that wasn't fair. Well this is the second time Desert BMw on sahara proved me wrong. Daniel was so nice and considerate to, my financial situation and loss, from other car...not only he get me into a, fully loaded 525I that I only had to put down 2k..he respected my time and didn't have me in there for six hours. I came late afternoon and made it to work in my brand new car by six. Thank you Daniel! I'm a girl who knows what she wants never thought it would be this easy. I've had my new car for a month and I love it!!! Any problem our e issue as being a loyal BMW consumer since 2008 I just pull right up to Desert BMW and they take care of it. I might also add I first pulled up, to that dealership in a beat up 91 corolla...and before they even knew I had 10k in my purse to get my first new car...the staff there were graciously helpful..but no one tops the experience I had with Daniel Perlstein....all the best..I'll, be in a Beemer for life :-) thanks Nichole J. I have worked with the service department for at least 8 years for my two leased BMW's and have them to be wonderful. This is the first time I have been able to work with the sales department and managem years for my two leased BMW's and have them to be wonderful. This is the first time I have been able to work with the sales department and management of BMW. I found them to be exceptional, responsive, and willing to work with me as a long time customer, while finding the best deal for me in understanding my needs, budget, etc. I look forward to my continued "auto" relationship with this dealership.
