Michael helped me from day one. I told him the vehicle I wanted and he spent time searching for one with the features I wanted, one could not be located. . When it came time for the delivery of the vehicle he was even better than he had been during the ordering process! He knows BMW's features and spent a couple of hours going through them with us. Then he sent us videos to help us and followed up with emails to see if we had any questions. WOW! Forgot to mention the Price was right and when a rebate came up after the ordering of the car he emailed us to let us know and included it in the final price. A great experience. We were referred to Desert BMW by a friend and flew in from Palm Springs to get the car. Well worth the trip. Thanks to Michael! More
