From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The receptionist was friendly, and always had a smile on her face. Sal and Marvin treated me with respect, and explained the deal in regards to out of pocket & payments to me in perfect detail- so that I felt very good about making my purchase. I was treated with respect and honesty- at no time did I ever have that car dealership feeling of a scam or pressure. I can not say enough about my experience at Desert BMW. As soon as I received my payoff I called and asked if I could see him at a certain time and with no hesitation he said he would be glad to see me. From the moment I arrived (my mother and son in role) my total experience was held with utmost professionalbe customer service. I would also like to add that my last experience rated a one on your scale at the Henderson BMW store and that was made possible by John Rader. But because I love the safety,performance and the overall BMW experience I came back and will always use this team of gentleman as long as they will have my business. BMW Las Vegas will do everything possible to get you what you want. I had been dealing with another dealership trying to order a new vehicle for 7 weeks.
