EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had my first car experience in 2008 I leased a 3 series that was stolen before my lease was up s EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!* Desert BMW is where I had my first car experience in 2008 I leased a 3 series that was stolen before my lease was up so was left high and dry and thought it would be months before I could even afford to be in my dream car again. Mind you my decision to purchase a bmw in the first place is because both my mother and her husband own a 3 series and BMW motorcycle. I figured I didn't want to walk in the dealership to look at cars again because I was no where near what I wanted to put down like my last car. Well I filled out an application online and looked for a bigger BMW this time and had my eye on a 5 series. I already bought a brand new car fresh off the lot in 08 and being the amount of money I lost from the theft I wanted to be more conservative. Well, my, man Daniel Perlstein hooked it up! He called me and first thanked and congratulated me for being a valued customer and stated my credit checked out and I could come down that, saturday afternoon to get into the car I choose. I brought my mom and her husband because as a woman,I, thought I'd be pushed into a deal or car that wasn't fair. Well this is the second time Desert BMw on sahara proved me wrong. Daniel was so nice and considerate to, my financial situation and loss, from other car...not only he get me into a, fully loaded 525I that I only had to put down 2k..he respected my time and didn't have me in there for six hours. I came late afternoon and made it to work in my brand new car by six. Thank you Daniel! I'm a girl who knows what she wants never thought it would be this easy. I've had my new car for a month and I love it!!! Any problem our e issue as being a loyal BMW consumer since 2008 I just pull right up to Desert BMW and they take care of it. I might also add I first pulled up, to that dealership in a beat up 91 corolla...and before they even knew I had 10k in my purse to get my first new car...the staff there were graciously helpful..but no one tops the experience I had with Daniel Perlstein....all the best..I'll, be in a Beemer for life :-) thanks Nichole J. I have worked with the service department for at least 8 years for my two leased BMW's and have them to be wonderful. This is the first time I have been able to work with the sales department and managem years for my two leased BMW's and have them to be wonderful. Josh Martinez went out of his way this morning to ensure customer satisfaction. It turned out that I didn't have the morning appointment for service that my wife lead me to believe. I enjoyed working with Dan at Desert BMW. The purchase and paperwork went through quickly and with ease. Most of the conversation with Dan was initially through e-mail, and was pleased to see that what we and paperwork went through quickly and with ease. I gave the "quality of work" a 4, (which is no reflection on Dan) due to the fact I drove back on a separate occasion to have the back bumper partially repainted, and with in a week, the black line that was initially on the bumper was showing through again. I did not contact Desert BMW about this, since I was not going to make the 2 hour drive (again) to address it. More

On December 29th, 2011 I walked into the dealership hoping to purchase a vehicle. Earlier that day I was talking with Mr. Pyon over the phone trying to figure out what my options are. After doing his homework Michael called me and gave me the prices and the options and asked me to stop by the dealership. Upon my arrival I was skeptical knowing from previous experiences with other car sales associates that everything he said was in order to get me to come to the dealership to sell me a car. I was wrong! Michael was a man of his word and stood behind everything he promised. I know that not everything was in his control but the fact of the matter, is that he did everything in his power to deliver what he had promised. Bottom line Michael Pyon is a great and HONEST sales associate and his professionalism is outstanding and admirable.
