Actually I have bought 2 335I's from Albert. I like the up front approach. If you can give what Im lokking for fine tell me up front I hate waisting my time when I go to a car dealer. One day on my way to work I blew a belt which in turn took out my alternator which cut the power to my electronic fuel pump. I was on the interstate and barley made the exit coasted around the next corner when my beemer could go no further. I was on my way to work and I didnt have my roadside assist # with me so I called Albert. He said I'll be right there and I can drop you off at work, then I will go back and wait for the tow truck to pick up your car. If you need a ride home after work let me know I will come get you. Now I work 8pm to 4 am. What more customer service can you possibly ask for, he was even willing to pick me up from my work and get me home at 4AM...... BUT, I said no its ok I can get a ride home thanks... He had the car picked up and it was fixed the next day and all expences were covered, it didnt cost me a dime out of my pocket Here is a guy that truely was willing to go the extra mile for his client, even at 4AM... I dont know about you but I have never had anyone willing to even drive me home personally from a dealer even when my car was going to be serviced. I conend albert on his professionalism and carring for his clients and most of all for being a caring and honest individual.... Keep up the good work Albert, keep in touch and thank you again.... Michael helped me from day one. I told him the vehicle I wanted and he spent time searching for one with the features I wanted, one could not be located. . When it came time for the delivery of the vehicle he was even better than he had been during the ordering process! He knows BMW's features and spent a couple of hours going through them with us. Then he sent us videos to help us and followed up with emails to see if we had any questions. WOW! Forgot to mention the Price was right and when a rebate came up after the ordering of the car he emailed us to let us know and included it in the final price. A great experience. We were referred to Desert BMW by a friend and flew in from Palm Springs to get the car. Well worth the trip. Thanks to Michael! More
