Worst customer service I have been blown off for over 4 months after cancelling an extended warranty. I have called to follow-up multiple times with zero return calls. They took my money 5.000 dollars and they did not fix the ca i TOOK MY BMW 740 for service because it did not start. Registration on my car was by the dealer It took the dealer a week to register my car not to mention that they sold me a car without a Smog. So 4 days later I realized I was driving with expired plates when contact the dealer they held me back 5 more days with excuse after excuse .. girl at the front desk told me my registration was $ 583 so I deposit $ 600 3 days later I call the guy In charge of doing my registration and he said he couldn't do it because it was $629 so it was declined I asked why did he waited 3 days until I called to let me know that when he could of call me right away and I would of taking care of it. But the fun part starts when I call and ask for the general manager name Eric He actually said is not my problem you didn't have any money I tried to get message across but I couldn't get him to listen because he was really pissed off like I was a problem for him and every body else. So as a General Manager you would think he would defuse the situation instead like a little immature kid he kept it going so I told him to let me speak as I did let him speak at the end I told him if he was a general manager then to act like one and treat me with more respect. He decided that hanging up the phone would fix the problem. My sales man Was no where to be found obviously he knew what was going on but every day that I called he was not available when ask who is calling. While learning my way around the engine compartment a week later I found an Air Filter which was unbelievably dirty. I mean crusty and oil spotted. Checked the engine oil compartment. My finger came out literally with granules on it and this was without scratching but by simply touching the surface area. I know this was a rare case right????? Doubt it judging by the way they have handled my concern as it seems they have a protocol for covering up stupidity around this dealership as it must happen often enough to need such a thing. More

This place is a f**kin scam! I got charged for two hours of labor without being asked for permission to work on the car a second hour or even being notified that my car even neede I got charged for two hours of labor without being asked for permission to work on the car a second hour or even being notified that my car even needed extended time! I signed and agreed to pay for the 1 hour of labor only and the rep on My file told me in his own words that if any more time was needed I would be notified but I was not! This place does nothing but scam people I asked for one specific procedure to be done not for your technicians to take my car apart! The rep in charge of my file was Giuseppe Carcione, and I am extremely upset that he has charged me for things I haven't been notified about! More

During a cross country road trip in a new 435 X drive convertible, the thermostat quit in the open position. Closest dealer, was this sad excuse of a 'car dealer' in Las Vegas. Had car in by 8 AM was told I'd be called by 12:00, no call. Waited until 1:30. Left meassage with the assistant service manager whom was the service writer (a level of incompitance personified by his lack of action). Finally received a call at 2:30 that the part was not in stock, but would be overnighted & installed next day. Not hearing any confidence in this fools voice, I called the parts department to see if they had any pending special orders for the next day. Response, none. I asked again specifically about a thermostat for my year/type car, again the same answer. Called to 'chat' with the service writer whom had left for the day. Asked for the General Manager, whom was busy. Was told I'd be called back, no call. Called to speak to the service manager, whom was busy. He however, did call back. Confined that the part had not been ordered. I pointed out that the car had been there since early AM, that they had time to do things in a timely way, but instead elected not to. There was not much intelligence the service manager could shed on the problem. Now, it was going to be a three day ordeal. I asked for the car to be left out & I would pick it up by closing time. Upon getting in the car, I noticed my luggage had been opened & a expensive sweater was gone. Truly a example of why people are fearful of car dealers. Worst service in my life. More
