I called early Saturday morning (8:30AM) and talked to michael Pyon. He quickly processed my information. I experienced a very traditional car buying with the different departments but It seemed like the process went smoothly and quickly. Michael even had Miles pick me up from a different location where I dropped my other car off. I left in a great mood and not drained like I have felt in past car purchases. Thank you Mike More

Imagine how thrilled we were to learn that “Allan is BACK!” We again had the same smooth purchasing experience … made purchasing the car a joy instead of a chore! Allan worked with us on selecting options for our made-to-order 740i for European delivery. He was patient and knowledgeable about the various options and helpful in selecting those that would be important to us. When it came to color selection, his recommendation was spot-on – even elicited comment at BMW in Germany! The entire European delivery at BMW Welt in Munich is a well-choreographed production: • You are escorted down a private ramp and your car is on display on a floor turntable below. • The car then is attached to electrical power in the floor, to save your battery. • Your guide shows you all the major systems, answers any questions, even sets the GPS for your hotel. • A professional photographer “captures the moment” and then you are presented with the photo and a memory stick with the image. • Another set of associates bring your luggage and load it into the trunk. • Now you drive down the ramp and onto the external drive that leads to the street. This is my fourth BMW from this dealership and I have been dealing with Josh in service since day one. I've had a 2006 M5, 06 330i 2010 M3 and 2012 X5 diesel. I'm a loyal customer as long as I'm being treated right . On different occasions Josh has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I have been in a bind. On a trip to LA I had car problems and Josh was able to secure me a x5 to finish the trip instead of some crap fleet rental car and because of this I ended up leasing a diesel x5 when they came out and now I couldn't be happier. What I also love about Desert BMW is that overall they work together as a team and get the problem fixed right THE FIRST TIME. With other brands the service person might be great but not the rest of the crew ie (lot guys,car washers,techs) It takes more than one person to make the experinece great. But the frontline is always handled by the service dept and Josh is one of the best. This is why I will always be a Desert Bmw customer . More

We just moved here from Hawaii and needed to bring our car in for service and our first few visits to Desert BMW have been disappointing compared to experiences at BMW Honolulu. Talking with some of the service people over the phone it seemed nearly impossible to get our car in for service at a convenient time for us and my husband and I had the impression that they were lazy or just didnt want to fit us in. Our air conditioner had a leak so it blew warm and with two young kids in the hot Vegas SUN it was not a good experience! We decided to drive into BMW to talk to someone and see if we could be helped, because if this happened in Honolulu, we would be serviced right away. My husband had been given a card from another sales rep on previous visits so we asked for him but thankfully he was on lunch and we got referred to Josh, who was more than helpful for us! We were told we wouldn't be seen until the next day, but Josh had us taken care of right away and also made arrangements for a loaner car. He's our go to guy from now on and changed our view of Desert BMW from bad to good! More

I knew I liked BMWs but avoided the dealership because I thought it would be a high pressure sale and that a BMW was out of reach for me at the moment. I finally decided to stop in with the intentions of ruling it out as an option. I pulled up to the dealership, Albert introduced himself, I test drove the liquid blue 328i coupe, and have never looked back. Albert and the team at Desert did whatever was in their power to make it work for me without any pressure. Albert was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and has followed up since my purchase and ensured that exceptional service does not end when I sign on the dotted line. The team at Desert made my experience a true stressless pleasure from start to finish. I was in and out of financing with Tony within 15 minutes. Again no pressure. If you're looking for a straight forward and stress free car buying experience I highly recommend Desert BMW. I look forward to a continued relationship and being part of the BMW family. More
I was debating between two cars honestly. One that the Mercedes dealership had, and the one i got at BMW. Both cars were similar in price, performance and to be quite honest, the Mercedes one probably wa Mercedes dealership had, and the one i got at BMW. Both cars were similar in price, performance and to be quite honest, the Mercedes one probably was just a hairline better. However, The salesman and the management at Mercedes dealership weren't nearly as helpful, nice or loyal as the ones at BMW. Call me prideful, but that made all the difference in the world to me. Joe Kang was not only very patient with my family and me, but also worked out a price for me that i could afford. Thanks you Joe and thank you BMW. More
After being lucky enough to be introduced to Josh Martinez 7 yrs ago as my service manager was just icing on the cake for me. I have recently up graded so i am on my 2nd BMW and Josh has been there for me every step of the way. He never gives me open appointment times he always asks what day and time is good for me. With my schedule that is so important. He always gives a courtesy call when my car is done which is always done when He said it would be. I have never had either car back for the same problem. Josh assures it is done right the first time. Josh is a true professional at what he does and knows his job very well. He goes above and beyond to check and see if the service I am requesting is covered by my warranty. If not he let's me know before hand. I have NEVER been hit with hidden cost or surprise while dealing with Josh. I definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase an awesome car to check out BMW of Las Vegas and after you make the purchase go meet Josh Martinez in the service department.
