I had been working with Gonzalo for weeks now and he was always diligent on the specifics I was looking for. When I had narrowed down some vehicles I ended up being at the dealership for 4.5 hours!! I have to say that Desert BMW was the best buying experiance I have had . I live out of town and Sal found a truck that was exactly what I wanted . Sal and the team at Desert BMW found another truck and it was a nicer one then befor and they promised me the same price as the truck before . I called early Saturday morning (8:30AM) and talked to michael Pyon. He quickly processed my information. The finance staff negotiated a deal with my very weak credit and I left with a very nice car Saturday evening (I had to leave to pickup documents and drop off my car, so I did not get back to the dealership until 4:00pm). I experienced a very traditional car buying with the different departments but It seemed like the process went smoothly and quickly. Michael even had Miles pick me up from a different location where I dropped my other car off. I left in a great mood and not drained like I have felt in past car purchases. Thank you Mike More

I had contacted the sales manager a while back to put me in touch with a salesman experienced with European Delivery. He recommended Roger Campbell. I'd been in email contact with Roger for almost a year and half until I met up with him in December 2011. Via email, he had told me he would negotiate on European Delivery MSRP. When my wife and I sat down with him to order the M3 in December, he crunched some numbers, offered me exactly European MSRP, and told me what a great deal that was. When I explained he'd have to do much better than that, and I had an offer from an California dealership that was significantly lower. When I told him the other offer, he expressed disbelief and got rude. He complained about how much work he would have to do for a European Delivery and how little money he makes on those. He wanted the name of the salesman that gave me that price. Since I wouldn't cough that up, we thanked him for his time and left. We bought from that California BMW dealership, received outstanding support and customer service, enjoyed ourselves in Europe, and had the M3 delivered to my doorstep. We even saved over $5000 from Desert BMW! How can you go wrong? Do your research, people. More

Imagine how thrilled we were to learn that “Allan is BACK!” We again had the same smooth purchasing experience … made purchasing the car a joy instead of a chore! Allan worked with us on selecting options for our made-to-order 740i for European delivery. He was patient and knowledgeable about the various options and helpful in selecting those that would be important to us. When it came to color selection, his recommendation was spot-on – even elicited comment at BMW in Germany! The entire European delivery at BMW Welt in Munich is a well-choreographed production: • You are escorted down a private ramp and your car is on display on a floor turntable below. • The car then is attached to electrical power in the floor, to save your battery. • Your guide shows you all the major systems, answers any questions, even sets the GPS for your hotel. • A professional photographer “captures the moment” and then you are presented with the photo and a memory stick with the image. • Another set of associates bring your luggage and load it into the trunk. • Now you drive down the ramp and onto the external drive that leads to the street.
