I was debating between two cars honestly. One that the Mercedes dealership had, and the one i got at BMW. Both cars were similar in price, performance and to be quite honest, the Mercedes one probably wa Mercedes dealership had, and the one i got at BMW. Both cars were similar in price, performance and to be quite honest, the Mercedes one probably was just a hairline better. However, The salesman and the management at Mercedes dealership weren't nearly as helpful, nice or loyal as the ones at BMW. Call me prideful, but that made all the difference in the world to me. Joe Kang was not only very patient with my family and me, but also worked out a price for me that i could afford. Thanks you Joe and thank you BMW. More

I first went to the dealer to inquire about the European delivery program and whether they could do it. I received a recommendation to talk to Allan Karp from a BMW owner I talked to in Summerlin. I talked to Allan in January about Munich delivery of a 300 series. The 328 is a perfect car to drive in Europe, not too small, and certainly, not too big for the European back roads. (700 series is NOT the car for Europe!)He said it was easy and everyone he knew who did it had a great experience. I came back a couple of weeks later after more research ready to order. I ordered directly through the dealer, and the paper work was smooth. No upselling occurred either, if you know the exact model and options you want. You do have to know your stuff, because if there are any BMW option deals going on you have to ask for it, they don't lie, but they may not volunteer it either. In 2011, I got an auto transmission for no option cost, because BMW was offering it in the last year of the model run. I made the reservations in Munich, and got confirmation on the order. We flew to Munich in April and picked the car up. A great experience at the BMW Welt. We drove it throughout Germany and France for two weeks. A really spectacular experience, worth every euro. We dropped off in Frankfort and flew back to Las Vegas. In eight weeks we tracked the car's travels on the internet, to Oxnard and thence to Vegas. We picked it up, easy paper work. Allan did a great job and was casual about how easy it was. And that turned out to be true. If you have the time, the cost of the vehicle is lower in the Euro delivery. You get what you want without the never ending goosed up options BMW seems to pile on cars on the lot. More

He helped me find my dream car and got it shipped from CA to Las Vegas. Danielle and Mike are both so very sweet and kind. I have never received better customer service anywhere else. He clearly prefers establishing long term relationships versus influencing a buyer to make a purchase that may not be in your best interest.
