Sales associate, Sal Cucco was very informative and helpful. However, the finance mgr, although friendly, was almost insistant on selling the premium after sales, when I specifically explained to him t helpful. He kept me in there almost two hours, until I was totally exhausted, and I most likely purchased items that I don't need or want by increasing my term. He described various scenarios that would cost me so much money if I didn't purchase the package, and that by extending my term, and expecially if I paid the loan off sooner, I would be paying less than the % rate anyway. I started working with Albert at desert VW, where we bought a VW Touareg. Since then, I have purchased two BMWs through Albert. I have never experienced customer service to the level that Albert has p bought a VW Touareg. Since then, I have purchased two BMWs through Albert. I have never experienced customer service to the level that Albert has provided. He is fair and honest and treats us like family. He has driven us to the airport and loaned his personal car to me while I had mine tinted. If I was to walk into the dealership for anything, Albert grabs my BMW keys from me so that he can have my car washed.
