I have been in sales for over forty years and I know what it takes to give good customer service and Gonzalo was the best. He was very patient with me while I was deciding on color and options what I wanted on my vehicle. He explained everything from what was in inventory and what was in route and also, how long it would take from Germany if I did a special order. His service was definitely over the top in a GOOD sense. I am very pleased with what I ended up with even though its only been four days. As far as the other folks I talked to .... they were ALL very pleasant and professional. So many times we don't want to walk into a dealership because of being attacked by salesman, but that wasn't my experience at all. I would recommend your store to anyone for sure. One last comment, I noticed there were no woman in sales .... what's up with that? I have been a business owner for thirty-two years in Newport Beach, and I know woman can sell !!!! .... just saying! As this is our 11th BMW we weren't expecting to be overwhelmed with our sales experience but we were. We started our sale with Robert Herber whom I met on a Saturday morning at Jamba Juice. We were both getting breakfast and never met before but he was wearing a BMW polo shirt so I proceeded to chat him up and he was not only as enthusiastic about BMW as myself but more then happy to answer my questions without trying to get me into the dealership. I kept his name in my head and a few weeks later we went into the dealership to start the decision making process of what the next Beemer would be and we looked for Rob. We placed our order after driving a few models only later to find out management felt the same way about him as we did and he was promoted to used car manager. He was proactive in getting us linked up with someone just as conscientious as he is and we finished the deal with Michael Pyon. Mike kept us informed of our cars' status during the production process and was ready to walk us through the delivery process once the car was here (2 days early I might add). Mike walked us through all the new technology that isn't in our other car and made sure we understood how to use it, he also suggested we come back in in a few days after we've had time to play with the car and ask more questions. This entire process has been fun and I can't wait to trade our other BMW in in the Spring and of course we will work with Mike! More
Having been in the market for quite some time for another car, I had tried several dealerships to find a second car that would alleviate the miles put on my SUV. After trying other dealerships and being told no, or being told yes with exhorbitant terms and conditions, I turned to Desert BMW. I have champagne taste, and a not quite champagne budget. I grew up with nice things, and I am used to the finer things in life. My story with Desert BMW starts this past summer when I met Client Advisor Albert Weisser. My partner and I had been looking at vehicles, but the time was not yet right then. Albert was VERY nice, and we went on several test drives in several types of vehicles, and not once, did he pressure us, or act like he was inconvenienced, even though at the time, it was 150 degrees outside!! Like I stated, we decided to wait at that point, and when Albert gave me his card, he told me that when we were ready to call him and he will make something happen, in a very self assured, confident, but not cocky, way. Well, three months later, I felt that now was the time, and on a Tuesday, I called Albert to reintroduce myself. He had a fairly good idea of who I was even though we had only spent 90 minutes test driving cars three months earlier. I told him what I wanted to accomplish and what my situation was. Again, in that cool, calm voice, he told me that he will make this happen. He was very prompt and thorough in getting me the credit application via email. He let me know what his schedule was like, and advised me when he would be calling back, or texting, which he did. Wednesday, he was busy due to training, and Thursday, I was late getting off from work when I came to dealership and saw the car he had found for me: a 2009 328i with low miles. I test drove it, and to my surprise, I really liked it. I say to my surprise due to the fact that I drive an SUV and am a larger guy, and I never thought that I would be comfortable in that size car. We test drove it, and he let me go wherever I wanted, unlike other dealerships that have a predetermined route. The conversation was easy, and I truly felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend versus a salesman. We get back, and the dealership is close to closing (remember I was late getting off from work). He told me what needed to be done, and that he would be in contact with me the next day. I was in a meeting when he called. When I didn't answer, he text me and advised me that the deal was done and what the details are. I was so shocked and happy. Normally, delearships are a pain, and there is the negotiating back and forth with the bank and by the end, I'm usually exhausted and not excited about the car. There was NONE of that with Desert BMW and BMW Financial. They are so classy, and beyond efficient. I got an AWESOME interest rate with minimal money down. The Finanace Manager, Joey Laow, was so cool. Normally, signing the final paperwork can be so tedious, but Joey kept it light, yet serious. All of the questions I had regarding various additions and whatnot were answered thoroughly. Again, it felt like hanging out with a friend instead of going over financials. Overall, this was the best experience purchasing a car that I have ever had, and I have purchased several so I know. Many thanks to Albert (you're the best!!), Marvin (the sales manager), Joey in Finance (you are hillarious), and to everyone else who was involved in my deal. Thank you all so much. More

I found the car I wanted at Desert BMW while searching the CPO section of the BMW web site and Autotrader.com. From first contact, Dan and Larry were very responsive and professional. All aspects of the deal from financing to shipping the car across the country were handled with exceptional attention to detail. Mr. Pyon made sure that I was comfort I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at the dealership. This was the first time I dealt with Mike Pyon. Mr. Pyon made sure that I was comfortable and clear with everything. He is very knowledgable and just a PLEASURE to work with. I can clearly say that if this was my employee, he would be in a supervisory capacity, no doubt! People like Mr. Pyon makes buying a car a pleasure and represent the dealership very, very well. In the future, I will recommend people as well as returning for another vehicle. More
I wanted an X1 for my road trip from L.A to Connecticut. Moments after I inquired and made an offer on the vehicle via Desert's excellent website, an absolutely professional sales associate named Steve Glusco contacted me, accepting my offer! We arranged a time and date to meet and I was In and Out of the dealership in less than 3 hours with my new X1. I've purchased many new cars and this was, hands down the best experience I've ever had! Steve's fellow partners in excellence (Dan, Robert, and Joey) stepped right up to make this deal happen. The folks at Desert BMW Las Vegas know that you rarely get a second chance to make a first impression. In fact, I think it's their mission statement to exceed every impression by treating their clients most favorably at every point in the car buying process. Thank you to all involved.
