Having never purchased a car long distance, I came in to this situation extremely skeptical. I was buying a very expensive car and trading my car, not having seen the new car. In fact, we drove almost 1,200 miles to check it out first-hand and everything was as Trent represented it to be. I would very highly recommmend this dealership and Trent. By the end of our shopping experience, which lasted a week due to test-driving every brand of car here in Vegas, we felt like Albert became a friend. When we told him we'd like to go drive another brand, he always said, " Go, check it out. I hope you'll be back. " Never any pressure. Never the hard sell. Just confidence in his product, and also a sincere hope that we get the right vehicle . Obviously ,we came back to BMW and Albert , and ended up with our perfect 2009 335i, which was the VERY FIRST CAR he suggested at the beginning of our search.
