The facilities were clean, spacious and comfortable. These qualities cannot not be ignored as this has not always been the case in other dealerships I have visited. BMW of Las Vegas came through on all fronts, including doing some extras they did not have to do. They even arranged delivery to another Autonation dealer and coordinated with those folks. May 2022 I bought car from this dealership and bought the gap insurance. Told me if I was ever in accident it would cover the difference in the loan and what the car was worth. Fast forward Oct 3 2024 I got gap insurance. Told me if I was ever in accident it would cover the difference in the loan and what the car was worth. Fast forward Oct 3 2024 I got in accident that totalled the car I filed claim with gap ins and still they have given me the run around till this date Jan 2025. Don’t buy gap ins thru this company as is useless it’s not what they said it does. They have moved the carrot sort of speak every time I call to find out where my claim is. It cost $1500 for gap and they haven’t covered what they promise. When I reached out to dealership they ignored me. Be careful. They are fast to take ur money but when it’s time u file a claim they don’t want to pay. Next step is calling a lawyer. More
I went in for service and ended up paying $999. 91 for a $225.00 battery, after they added on charges for diagnosis, registration of the battery, and test driving the car. No, really, these were actual charges that Joe Monaco, Assistant Service Manager presented me with. I think they kind of make stuff up as they go.
