Alexander again was able to accommodate me in getting my new X3 scheduled for exterior/interior detail. I was not able to bring the vehicle to the service department but instead Kobe was sent to pick up the new X3 scheduled for exterior/interior detail. I was not able to bring the vehicle to the service department but instead Kobe was sent to pick up the car and I was left with a loaner.
