Experience was poor. My service advisor Clinton Wong was very curt. I had scheduled to ensure I had a loaner vehicle. Clinton Wong refused to provide one when I arrived. Further, my wait time exceeded the q very curt. I had scheduled to ensure I had a loaner vehicle. Clinton Wong refused to provide one when I arrived. Further, my wait time exceeded the quoted time significantly. Lastly, I advised the 12v plug needed a fuse, this was not done. Poor service by all measure. More
