My service advisor, Norm, has always been very professional and helpful. Normally, I'd repeatedly follow-up and double check everything with the service department to make sure the services are pe professional and helpful. Most of the time, I can just write him a quick email. Everything will be sent to me electronically and ready to go. Can you imagine spending less than a few minutes (drop off/ pick up) and and everything you can possibly need for your car will be done? Yea, ask for Norm. Oh and by the way, he doesn't screw up. His attention to detail is impressive. More
