My local BMW service center recommended tire rotation/alignment, which I assumed was because they didn't have record of the work I had done at BMW of Kansas City South. As I was recently back i rotation/alignment, which I assumed was because they didn't have record of the work I had done at BMW of Kansas City South. As I was recently back in KC I called Norm and asked if they would just take a quick look to make sure all was well with the tires. Not only did Norm set me up with a complementary inspection, but they topped off my fluids and made certain I was ready for the 1,500-mile trek home. Again, I was impressed at how everyone made me feel as though I were a member of a club. I'm so impressed with this specific BMW Service Center that when the time comes for a new Beamer I plan to start with BMW of Kansas City South. More
