He is very friendly and pays great attention to details. He made sure my car is clean and looks as good as possible (It’s a used car). He double checked every paper I was going to sign and made sure all the info is correct. I would recommend them and BMW of Kansas City South if you’re looking to buy a new car. More

Annual service This is the first BMW I’ve owned, the customer service at BMW is far below that of any Japanese dealerships. I would prefer better customer waiting areas, for example, not meaning a high dollar chair, I mean refreshments, borrowed cars while you wait or rides to a nearby restaurant, this is no where near the customer service at Lexus, Toyota and Infiniti . Also at my request I asked for new windshield wiper blades, I was given a long speech of why they can’t be given until I hit the exact year for my previous blades. That’s very chinchy More
