Double pot hole blow out I have never been so impressed with a dealership. From the call to the op center, your preparedness, your welcome, offer to run and buy us lunch, the I have never been so impressed with a dealership. We were heading back to STL when this happened and had to make an comittmentc we had later that night. Without your service and 2 new tires we would have missed it, thanks to you we were on our way in no time and feeling like we wished we had a dealership like yours in STL. More
Close to Perfect “Close to perfect” sumerizes my experience with Paul and Derek. Due to the weather that day, Derek (my normal advisor) was not able to take care of me “Close to perfect” sumerizes my experience with Paul and Derek. Due to the weather that day, Derek (my normal advisor) was not able to take care of me during my drop off of my car. Paul stepped up to the plate and swung the bat, by seamlessly taking over and explaining what work would be done on my car. It would of been a perfect experience except.....I have seen the inside of your garage a little to often lately. this is an odd review for unscheduled maintenance. More
Very dissatisfied!!!!! Very upset!!!! I did a diagnostic and ask what needed to be done to fix the screen and it’s comments. I was told I needed one part and a software update to fix this I did a diagnostic and ask what needed to be done to fix the screen and it’s comments. I was told I needed one part and a software update to fix this issue for a certain price. Then after I do this, I’m told I need to spend another $1000 to buy another part and then everything will work. I do this and then when I pick up car I’m told I have to come up with more money for a map Dvd was my make the Navi work when they knew that was a main reason I was fixing the idrive; so they could’ve given me accurate costs upfront so I could make the right choice. Additionally I got home and what I just spent almost $1400 to gain the date and time in the screen basically, otherwise everything else is not working properly or efficiently. I spent 2 hours late last night trying to change the raidio station. I feel lied to and taken for granted and if someone doesn’t refund my money or fix these issues once and for all out of BMW costs since they dropped the ball, I will be contacting the BBB at minimum! More

Rod and Caleb were both very knowledgeable and helpful I believe I got a fair trade-in value for my used car, and a very good price for my new BMW. Both the Sales and Service Departments have proven to be reliable and technically professional. I would recommend South BMW for anyone’s BMW needs. More
