Oil change I was disappointed that my car was not cleaned. Last time I had one it was cleaned. I have had cars at Ford and Nissan and never picked up without it I was disappointed that my car was not cleaned. Last time I had one it was cleaned. Paul was great but a dirty car to come back to does not reflect the brand well. More

Very blah My last few visits have been blah. The service staff has been less than enthused to help me. The energy at the dealership has been down on my last f My last few visits have been blah. The service staff has been less than enthused to help me. The energy at the dealership has been down on my last few visits. Ther just doesn't seem to be much activity going on and the staff I have encountered, if only just in passing, has been like warm. As for the latest visit. Despite me explaining that the left rear tire routinely goes very low on psi - the gentleman said that they couldnt see anything and suggested it was the weather. This has been on ongoing issue with this vehicle. As I said, my last few visits to the service department specifically have been met with sort of "we cannot be bothered" attitude. They barely lift their eyes from their computer screens to ether pass me off to whomever is supposed to be helping me. The gentleman who was cleaning out a car when I first came into the garage just pointed me towards the office. Still, lack of concern was evident. I don't expect thr red carpet rolled out. What I would expect is a little bit of attitude that shows they are glad to help and and more importantly, glad to have our business. I believe it starts at the top, and the service director is often the person I first encounter who just ushers me over to whoever is supposed to be hping me ... again with a less than enthused energy. I am not trying to "throw anyone under the bus". These are simply my observations. More
