Ho hum As a long time customer of Baron, I had maybe higher expectations of a BMW dealership. Car was not repaired at all. They just stated there wasn’t anyt As a long time customer of Baron, I had maybe higher expectations of a BMW dealership. Car was not repaired at all. They just stated there wasn’t anything wrong when that is not the case. The car was delivered after being fully detailed at more than $1k. After spending 700 the car was delivered back to me filthy. Pretty disappointing especially since all they did was an oil change. I asked for help with upgrades and options and those were basically ignored. I got a link to a website for DIY. I’ll be taking this and my two other BMWs back to Baron and will find a closer independent shop as I live down the street from these guys. Certainly will never big a car from them as I wouldn’t want to deal with their service. More

Replacement of driver side mirror and headlight lamp. After several unsuccessful tries to get a hold of someone at another dealer regarding a part that was ordered, I gave up and went to Hendrick. They ob After several unsuccessful tries to get a hold of someone at another dealer regarding a part that was ordered, I gave up and went to Hendrick. They obtained the part, fixed my mirror and the headlamp and put on a new tire all for significantly less than just the mirror was quoted at the other dealer. Excellent customer service! More

Friendly Service I have been into this establishment a few times and the service is always great. They’re friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very big issue and they did a great job of communicating with me even more than my insurance company. I will say that there was a white, chalky substance left on my seat and on the console. I am not sure what it is. I am able to clean it, but it spreads at first, so it’s taking a lot of effort. Other than that, great experience! More

Perfect start to the New Year A few days ago I found a 2020 X5 M 50i I thought I might like on the BMW KC South website. It occurred to me on New Years Eve, the end of the month a A few days ago I found a 2020 X5 M 50i I thought I might like on the BMW KC South website. It occurred to me on New Years Eve, the end of the month and end of the year, I might be able to get a good deal. We ended up signing the documents and buying the car at MIDNIGHT! What a way to bring in the New Year with a bang. The only thing better than the staff and experience is the car itself. Love it! More
