Condescending customer service and FAR overpriced servicing. We were able to have our problem resolved with a trusted auto shop in our town for less than half the price. I am in the market for anothe servicing. We were able to have our problem resolved with a trusted auto shop in our town for less than half the price. I am in the market for another bmw, but I won’t be purchasing one through this dealership. We were treated like second class citizens. My husband walked out of there infuriated that we paid a $250 “diagnostic”fee for a problem that was already diagnosed not to mention the ridiculous quote for the fix. Michael seems to think everything is a joke and it’s not super funny when the price tag is $6,000. More

Caring and helpful staff. I brought my 3x in because of the recall and also had them service it plus rear brakes and crank case flush.
