I absolutely recommend this dealership for purchasing a BMW. My husband and I were originally looking for a Jeep but after being less than impressed with the selection at the local dealership, we decided BMW. Everything about the experience was perfect. Our salesman did not try and over sell us the vehicle or push us to go with a more expensive model. We let him know our budget and he stuck right with us through the final decision-- no pressure. I love the used BMW (328i) and am so pleased with the decision! Purchasing the car was a good experience but the car itself was not perfect. I had several issues with the "service engine" light coming on within a month of purchasing. HOWEVER, the dealership was nothing but accommodating and responsive. I received follow up phone calls and emails from both the service department and from Andrew, the salesman who sold me the vehicle. They remedied all the issues at no cost and provided a loaner car when I needed transportation. I definitely felt as though my car and my experience was a priority. I was highly impressed by the level of service that they offered and can truly say that I will be a customer for life. More
