Our relationship with Hudson Valley BMW began with our initial encounter with Michael Bueti resulting in the lease of our first X-5 over a decade ago. Since then we have leased/purchased two X-5's, one X-3, one 335 xi, one 335 is and our most recent addition a 2015 BMW M4 Coupe. Nearly all of those transactions were handled by Mike. Bent over backwards to help me I was a block from home at 9 p.m. after a business trip. My 328 started sputtering and coughing, "Sevice vehicle" indicator came on. I limped home, called Hudson Valley BMW first thing next morning, spoke to Joanne and explained the situation. After a brief hold, she said bring the car in as long as you are comfortable driving it. They said they had a full schedule but would make every effort to check my car out and they'd give me a ride to work. I explained I had to go to JFK 2 days later for a business trip, they said they'd see what they could do. Best case: They'd fix the car that day. Worst case, they'd explore transportation options. Got to the dealership to find that they had already arranged a loaner car for me. I explained I would be out of town for 4 days, they said "No problem." Net result: they found the issue and I had the car back that evening. This is typical performance for this service group. They know me by name, make me feel like a valued customer, do things properly, keep me informed of what's going on and deliver on their commitments. I am part of a customer support organization for high-tech equipment. I understand what it takes to support demanding customers. I can state with conviction that HVBMW service gets it. First time Leasing a 5 series BMW Mr Kreines was very accommodating and eager to assist and answer questions as this was a first time leasing experience for me. We did encounter a problem with the XM radio agreement which he was able to quickly resolve. I feel I can reach out to him if I have any additional questions or issues. The car is fabulous Ms Estevez assisted nicely in helping to understand the operation of the 528i X series by the way a fabulous car did I say that already She also answered additional questions during the Encore visit and has made herself available if there are future questions. The free tank of gas was a nice perk.
