Love the dealership - hate the surveys BMW Hudson Valley has been terrific - this is my third BMW purchased from them. I purchased two other BMWs from other dealerships - BMW Hudson has been the most hands-on and responsive. Nothing but good things to say about them. However, I despise BMW's overuse of surveys and want them to stop. Since when are clients supposed to be doing so much work for vendors? I don't feel I get anything in return for the surveys - and they are used strictly for BMW's selfish marketing interests. More
