When hearing that our monthly payments were going to be higher than we wanted, we left the dealership and headed elsewhere. While in a competitor's dealership in the same area, my husband's phone rang and it was Amanda (our salesgirl) informing us that she looked further and found a 2020 loaner car with 2,000 miles on it that we could lease at a lower rate! In a nutshell that's where our journey with BMW of Hudson Valley began! Amanda set us up and we signed an hour later. We then picked our car up 3 days later and were treated with the utmost respect, and kindness. I highly recommend this dealership and the friendliness of their employees and high quality service! She was one of the best sales personnel I have ever worked with (across 30 years of buying cars) and will call her the next time. From beginning to end, she was there every step. Joanne, in service, was also amazing -- we were in originally for repairs on our prior lease and she was able to help us work it so that we saved money instead and helped us into our new car. We live in NYC and only 1/4 mile from the BMW dealership there -- it is worth the drive to Poughkeepsie to work with these folks. More

It's an absolute thrill to drive, is stunning in its appearance, and has had no minor quirks or adjustments to be handled. It was exactly as I ordered it. I frequently get compliments on it and just couldn't be more pleased with this car. I first approached John Robertson in Sales 5-6 months prior to actually ordering my build. He was patient and supremely courteous as I paid him several visits to fine-tune the car to exactly what I wanted. Even though he knew it would be months before I actually purchased the vehicle each time he treated me as if I was walking onto the lot to buy a car with cash the same day. Months after my purchase, he still treats me with the same respect though the deal has long ago been done. Although I know the other sales people must be great, I will request to deal with John in the future. Landers Hall was great to deal with when came time to complete the paperwork and make the final purchase. Also, a great asset to this dealership. Gabriela, BMW Genius, is just that. She's been patient and quite pleasant as I have had follow-up questions as I learn about the car. I've had no problems with my car, but had a few cosmetic issues of my own making, that needed to be fixed. Dennis Donnelly in the Collision department was great to deal with. He's got just the right personality to deal with anxious customers who want to return their car to its original showroom appearance. A great fit for his line of work. Joanne, whom I dealt with for scheduled maintenance, is an absolute delight. She makes the process so much more pleasant. Check in with BMW of HV before buying anywhere else!! I knew I was going to buy a 5 series and ended up checking in with 5 different dealerships. Met with Shetara early in the process and came back to he I knew I was going to buy a 5 series and ended up checking in with 5 different dealerships.
