My new BMW may have saved my LIFE !!!! Thanks to my Salesmen No other way to begin this review other than stating that....MY New BMW may have saved my life! During my test drive, my BMW Salesmen John Robertson No other way to begin this review other than stating that....MY New BMW may have saved my life! During my test drive, my BMW Salesmen John Robertson respectfully asked me to "Trust the Car" and to "accelerate to a high speed" around the corner on this open road that we were on. I started laughing and told him that I thought that he was crazy to request such a thing being that he didn't know how I drove. He also laughed and replied that YES he may not know how I drive but he knows how safe and trustworthy the BMW weight balancing and braking technology is. So I sped up and he asked me to SLAM on the breaks, I was reluctant at first, but I did what he asked me to. The car slowed down and came to a complete stop without the weight of the car shifting forward and my body also barely moved. I tuned around and looked at John and yelled "SOLD!!!!" and I kept laughing. Except this time I was laughing in AMAZEMENT at the reliability and safety of the new BMW braking technology. Exactly 2 weeks later during the 4th of July weekend, my family and I were driving to Long Island and had the same experience, except this time this was real life! As cars piled on ahead of us due to an accident, I subconsciously recalled John's test drive braking drill and trusted my BMW with my family's lives by slamming on the break. Same outcome as the test drive 2 weeks prior: A smooth, timely, fast breaking, non-car-weight shifting experience. From the beginning, they were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Michael answered all of our questions and there was essentially zero 'haggling' involved. It was a fun experience, which is not easily found when buying a car! Michael is a professional and very good at what he does, in addition to being just a good guy who was pleasant to talk to. Landers was also lovely to speak with, and overall we felt good through the whole thing and were able to pick out exactly the car we wanted without hassle. They even gave us a loaner vehicle for the night since we had some extra work to do in closing out the deal the following morning. Very kind and hospitable. Highly recommended, this team knows what they're doing and really cares about their customers. A+! More
