worst experience. 0 transparency. I would never use again or recommend. not a good place. If I did not have written documentation plus invoices to prove the discrepancy in all of the things that have happene or recommend. not a good place. If I did not have written documentation plus invoices to prove the discrepancy in all of the things that have happened people would not believe me.How do you drive a car in, pay ,leave and break down 30 min later for something BMW of the Hudson Valley said was fine, and this is after i repeatedly asked for this to be checked!! so I went from being okay and only needing plugs and coils for $1300 dollars. To needing a timing chain, transmission, new battery and codes cleared all in a matter of 30 minutes of leaving BMW who had just charged me $1300 dollars and said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. So now the quote is $5600 dollars when i left the shop nothing but plugs and coils. so either no one really looked, or BMW is scamming customers Because no one drives a car in and breaks down 30 min later from a reputable place. More
Didn't purchase my current BMW from them nonetheless the Dealership BMW genius, Isaac, was happy to help me resolve an issue, Speaks well of this dealership. Brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change, new windshield, and removing tint from the windows. 3+ months later, we have received the car back with chipped window, broken windshield washer, interi windshield, and removing tint from the windows. 3+ months later, we have received the car back with chipped window, broken windshield washer, interior gouged, the never removed all of the tint, and cut interior leather. Service Manager asked to give us $1000 for us to go away and accept the damage. We stated we just want our car back to how it was. He said its an old car (2015 750) and it shouldn't matter if there are scratches on it. Finally, they claimed to have fixed everything and dropped the car off. Except they didn't fix the windshield washer, there is still gouged interior trim, and now a dent on the back bumper. We have called multiple times and no response. Service beware More
Today I picked up my new used i3. I had the best experience with Christian Sanchez! Christian had good knowledge of the car, but also asked his colleagues for inside tips. I was very apprehensive about what the dealership experience would be, since I've never had one before, and we would be looking for a used car. From the first minute I met Laci she dispelled all my concerns. She was clear and concise in her questions to sound me out on what my needs were, and she was straightforward in her advice on various models to purchase. It was a very simple, easy and stress free experience. I am completely converted to BMW! The car is amazing, the service at BMW of Hudson Valley was extraordinary. Laci took care of everything and got me the car I wanted, Landers was very personable and put together a great deal for us. Isaac's knowledge of every arcane aspect of the brand, historical and otherwise, was so well presented, he made it easy to feel like maybe I really could manage all that technology!! No pressure, no hard selling, no bait and switch, no promises not delivered...it was really just an amazingly transparent and fun experience. I am so happy with the car, and of course Laci followed up with a phone call to check in..really top notch customer service from everyone there. I can't recommend the whole team enough. More

Best car buying experience I have had. David Kreines was friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly he was transparent and respectful of me looking at other vehicles. I also want to thank Landers and Ken friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly he was transparent and respectful of me looking at other vehicles. I also want to thank Landers and Ken the sales managers for making the buying process super easy. Four days later I ran over a nail and got a flat tire. Thanks to the run flat tires I just drove it to the service department and they took great care of me. Huge shoutout to Drew who was awesome. More
Buyer Beware. Last month I purchased a car from BMW of Hudson Valley. David Kreines was my salesperson. I located the car on Car Guru. A 2019,450 SLMercedes. I live in another state so I relied on David to be honest with me. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the car. He told me that the car was perfect. I agreed to buy it. They would detail it and my transporters would then pick it up. Sent a deposit and received paperwork from Ken Winters and the mileage was not as it was advertised. Car Guru said the mileage was6,487 the dealership listed the mileage as 7,007. I contacted David and asked him if there was anything else that they did not disclose and what is the condition of the car? Again, he said the car was perfect. I also asked Ken Winters about the condition of the car and got the same reply, it’s perfect. When the car came off the truck, there were things wrong with it. Firstly, the car had not been detailed. It was dirty inside and finger prints were everywhere. The driver side,interior door had been pushed open with someone’s high heels there were holes and scratches in the door. The cover rails on both the passenger and driver side were scratched up with I assume high heels. The driver side outside mirror is scratched. I went to the local Mercedes dealer and received an estimate of $1,951.72 to repair the damage. I called David Kreines and he said I should have bought a new car.( I guess $70,000 is nothing). I then called the General Manager, Anu Singh and the Sales Manager, Marcus Mancuso. They did not return my calls. I sent David the estimate from Mercedes and he replied “We do not take any responsibility for the cosmetics”. And they would sent me a measly $200 for detailing. I have received nothing. Stay away from this dealer. They are dishonest to say the least. More
