Just got my first BMW through John. He made the exploration and decision making process easy.He listened to what i wanted, and found the perfect vehicle at a great value. This dealership is a great place to find your next car. They are reasonable in pricing and treat you very well. Was able to negotiate a bit as well as find a pre owned car with great service history. As a loyal customer for 18 years I had a deal torpedoed by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to h by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to hold the car until the official transcript went to them. No effort to try to accommodate me by allowing me to pay for yhe vehicle, and they could have held the car until they were emailed the transcript. It may have been a day late, but I am sure they knew Dec.'s incentives,, which were the same as Nov, and make the attempt to work with me.. BMW financial said I could have filed a complaint, but what good would that do. They sold the car my son ordered immediately. Ruslan was the worst finance manager. Never had someone come out and keep telling you, you can't do this or can't do that.. i didn't think it was his place to.make that determination. That should have fell onto Mr. Dado. In my opinion if Ruslan is your finance guy, ask for someone else!! Extremely disappointed to say the least. More
