In 2019 I bought one of my BMW vehicles from this dealership, and William Lauer was my sales advisor. The experience with my advisor was not the best, but it was satisfactory. Recently I was in t dealership, and William Lauer was my sales advisor. The experience with my advisor was not the best, but it was satisfactory. Recently I was in the market for another vehicle and looked up the BMW of Freehold website for a possible match. I liked the vehicle, and the price listed on their site, so I decided to go forward with the sale. I left few voice messages for William Lauer in his personal mailbox and left two messages with the front desk for him to call so I can come down to finalize the deal, but as expected, I never heard back from Mr. Lauer. Not sure if the management is aware of their advisor's lack of interest in returning calls of existing/potential new customers. Very unprofessional. More

I bought my new X5 from here 2 years ago with very good experience. So when I needed a used car I thought trying here to. This time it’s a pleasant experience too with Mr. John Chueng. John was very nice and knowledgeable and straight forward about the cars I was asking. I made decision in 30 minutes. And the entire purchase took less than 2 hours, including insurance coverage.
