Wonderful experience getting our 1st BMW! Mark V is very informative and answered all our questions. He kept us up to date, while we were waiting for the delivery of the car! Wow! I couldn’t imagine getting my first BMW from anyone else. I am a hard person to deal with but John literally did everything he could to make sure when I took home my car I was happy!
