John really helped me when he took over for the Internet sales person. He locked me into an incentive plan that saved me mone-and he would have saved me even more had he been involved from the very beginni sales person. From the second Mark and I exchanged hello I could tell already it was going to be a great experience. Mark right away knew that I wanted to get behind the wheel of the car I just expressed I was intereste already it was going to be a great experience.
