I met William on the day of my first visit to Freehold BMW and I found him to be very professional in all aspects as my client advisor. From the test drive experience to the delivery of my vehicle, Willi BMW and I found him to be very professional in all aspects as my client advisor. From the test drive experience to the delivery of my vehicle, William has consistently offered assistance with any questions that I may have regarding the vehicle. During delivery he spent a lot of time reviewing all operations and demonstrating BMW technology. This level of detail and personalized service was very helpful to me and greatly appreciated. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and my experience with William and Freehold BMW is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Even following the purchase and delivery of my vehicle, William has reached out to offer assistance in the future and to ensure my total satisfaction.
