I went into BMW on 30APR21 knowing I needed a vehicle but, not sure which one. I was thankful and blessed to be greeting by Wael upon entering the building. I can barely type without getting emotional. I am filled with thankfulness and joy everytime I reflect on my encounter with Danny. He is a man of compassion and an excellent judge of character. As I mentioned in another review, I came into BMW on 30APR21 without a plan. I just knew I needed a vehicle. I am an active duty service member on the Colts Neck Earle base. Furthermore, many people dont know how many Armed Forces members are taken advantaged of at the dealership everyday. I've purchased a few vehicles in my military career and was left feeling exploited everytime. However, all this changed during my interaction with Danny. As a man of faith, I thank God for him and words cannot express how grateful I am. His customer service/sale management skills surpass all rating scales. Danny is a true man of the people and a "deeds not words" advocate for service members as well.For the rest of my life I will gladly recommend my service brothers and sisters to head to BMW Freehold before they are victimized at some mundane dealership. I am so thankful for Danny that I will make it a priority that my family only drives BMW. For the hundreths time, thank you Danny! I pray and hope managment is already in talks about your promotion. He assisted with me test driving two vehicles, travelled off site to purchase my exotic mineral water and did everything In his power to make sure i walked out with the coolest car on the lot, a 2021 BMW X5 M competition , one of the only 3 left on the east coast. Mike was never pushy, always accommodating, very warm and friendly. He appeased my every request! He even made sure I walked out with a cool BMW cap :) I hope he can help assist with my next car purchase. Hopefully an M8. Next I met Nick, the Sales Manager. He sat with me and crunched numbers to make sure we worked out a deal I was comfortable with. Great personable guy! Would definitely do business with him again. Thank you Nick! You’re top tier! Maria is in the finance dept and closed the deal. She’s been in the business 20+ years and her lovely personality and experience level assured me that I was in the right hands.
