I’ve been a BMW customer for over 12 years and I usually see the same client advisor every time by choice. When I found out they no longer worked there, I was a little anxious, but the dealership introduced see the same client advisor every time by choice. He listened to me, was very professional, and didn’t hustle me or try to talk me into anything. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to ensure I was happy changing out leases. After the anticipated wait for the build out, they surprised my wife with the truck with a big red bow in the garage, what a nice touch!! John, Danny & Dori really gave top notch service. Worst experience ever! !! Speaking with Yvonne before driving almost 2 hours to get there. She lied telling me the car I wanted to see went thru inspection, was in great sha !! Speaking with Yvonne before driving almost 2 hours to get there. She lied telling me the car I wanted to see went thru inspection, was in great shape and I could get a 3 year warranty. The car had 2 major oil leaks and looked like the battery had problems. She never mentioned the car was selling AS IS not even including a 30 day warranty with the dealership. On top of that you wanted to charge me over $6,000 to fix your problem that should have been fixed when you did your inspection she said you did. I wouldn't suggest Yvonne give out any information on cars she knows nothing about. My opinion she lied to get me there. Be upfront and honest with your customers. It was a waste of my time and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. Orville was at least honest and apologized for me wasting my time and my inconvenience. More
