Better than Circle BMW by a mile. Drove 20 miles to deal with them. No haggling, but also no offensive uncharges. Recently leased my 6th BMW from this location. I have to sincerely thank my client advisor Orville and sales manager Nick for making this process pain free...just exceptional! They went above and I have to sincerely thank my client advisor Orville and sales manager Nick for making this process pain free...just exceptional! They went above and beyond to get me into my new i5 e-drive 40 ( including my blue calipers) and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They are completely professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Orville spent close to an hour with me on day of pick up going over all new important aspects of the i-drive system...he was very patient with me. The car is powerful, drives like a dream, range is great and the updated i-drive 8.5 is just awesome. This is my first EV and I have to say it’s my favorite BMW to date. Again...thank-you to Nick and Orville for the best experience. Much appreciated! More
