Everyone was extremely friendly and thorough. They made it a painless experience, not like going to the dentist or doctor having to wait a half hour in the waiting room, 15 minutes in a small roo They made it a painless experience, not like going to the dentist or doctor having to wait a half hour in the waiting room, 15 minutes in a small room by yourself and not understanding half the answers to the questions you ask. The process took very long and most issues where delt with. The one issue that wasn't resolved was about the 12v outlet still not working.
