Because of my lack of available time because of work, I asked my daughter to go to the dealership and ask for information for returning our lease and purchasing a new vehicle. Dick treated her with respect, explained to her several options and they scheduled a meeting with me the following Saturday. I'd like to point out that she visited several different dealerships that day, leaving one in tears... Dick was very patient with us as he explained all of our options with regard to the model type of BMW and purchasing/lease options .... I am happy to say we are now proud owners of a 328XI BMW! I would also like to say that the Manager of the used car unit and Heather in finance were also a pleasure to work with. Thanks you Dick! More

This is a dealership that makes you feel like family....What a great experience and what a car. Cudo's to Michael Chang .....We were looking for a specific car. First time we met michael the d family....What a great experience and what a car. Cudo's to Michael Chang .....We were looking for a specific car. First time we met michael the dealership did not have what we wanted....Three weeks later he remembered to call when the right car arrived and we made the purchase the same day. We had visited four other dealers.... none of them called. We couldn't review this without mentioning Deborah Aragona who made finance process the easiest I have ever been though.
