I just traded in my old BMW for a new one. I knew that BMW of Freehold had a great service department, as my car was always serviced there. I have to say that Dick, Dori, and John (as well as Deborah in f BMW of Freehold had a great service department, as my car was always serviced there. I have to say that Dick, Dori, and John (as well as Deborah in financial) made this transition smooth and easy for me. They were patient, kind, courteous, and professional. They answered my many questions about the car and ultimately wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I never felt "hustled" or pressured through my experience, which was a great departure from other luxury dealers in the area. I would highly recommend BMW of Freehold, as I have had excellent experiences in both their sales and service departments. Great job! More

He provided me all the information I needed when I was considering the new 750LI and was very helpful in making it a very quick and simple process.
