Friendly, courteous and helpful. Very eager to please. They are in the process of building a new showroom/service department and the property is under construction. Even with everything in disarray, they manage to make your visit comfortable and they get the service completed in a timely manner. Can't say that the construction causes any serious inconvenience. I was in need of some warranty work and needed to drop off my vehicle. Linda was exceptional in scheduling a loaner for me, even calling me to inform regarding the avilability. She had my paperwork ready off my vehicle. Linda was exceptional in scheduling a loaner for me, even calling me to inform regarding the avilability. She had my paperwork ready for signature. Dave assisted me twice regarding service. I was originally not too thrilled but was won over by his ability to be empathetic and turned my experience into a positive one. You can tell they are challenged at the dealership with overall volume and current consrtuction, working in a temporary, makeshift environment. Dave proved to be an asset and I will request to speak to him regarding all of my future visits and service issues. More

When this dealership was owned by the King family the service was outstanding. Now that there are new owners it is a total fiasco. I brought my 2010 7 series in for service and informed them about a prob service was outstanding. Now that there are new owners it is a total fiasco. I brought my 2010 7 series in for service and informed them about a problem with the navigation, and they were aware of it and told me there was a fix for that. I assumed the car would be ready later that day, and they never even called me. At 4:30 pm I called them to see when I could pick up the car and was told they needed to keep it another day, which was a Friday, so I was stuck with the loaner car for the entire weekend. I noticed that the navigation problem was not properly fixed as it was reoccuring, so made another appointment directly with the service manager, who told me a loaner would be waiting for me. When I arrived this morning, the appointment had not even been entered into the record, but they claimed that this happens a lot as they are having some computer problems. They also told me that they would again probably need two days. Once I realized that they had no more loaner cars, and I was looking at a 30 minute wait for them to obtain a rental car, I had to take my car and leave as I had an important meeting. This dealership is facing some very serious service problems, and although everyone is very nice, unfortunately they appear to be very incompetent. More

My 2007 328xi BMW lease was coming due in two months. My daughter was driving the car and just loved it. I walked into the dealership and asked for a salesman. That is when I met Harvey Altman. I explained daughter was driving the car and just loved it. I walked into the dealership and asked for a salesman. That is when I met Harvey Altman. I explained to him that my daughter is a new driver and I leased this car for her out of concern for safety. She has become so attached to it that she wants to keep it but I was not sure if that was an econimical option for me. During these diffcult economic times, I was faced with the hardship of keeping my daughter in a safe car for the same price I was currently paying. Harvey spent time with me going thru all the options and he was wonderful. The result was that I was able to lease a 2011 328xi with the same safety features for only $9 more a month. More
The 2 Client Advisors (Sales Reps) that I dealt were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got a fair price for the two sides without wasting a lot of time.
