I was getting annoyed at myself because I couldn’t make up my mind. It almost took me more than a month to decide which one would work for me and my budget. He took the time explaining to me what my options were and was able to get me the best financing ever. LOVE this guy!! He’s the best! Richard Henriquez wasn’t one of those typically pushy sales people that I detest so much. He took me out to test drive whatever car I want to better help me decide which one would work for me. When I finally made up my mind, he prepped the car for me to bring home the next day. Upon delivery of the car, he explained very thoroughly how things operate and what the gadgets are for which could be at times very overwhelming. Deborah Aragona was very good at what she does but best of all was a VERY adorable person. She knew from the get go what type of warranty I needed to purchase to protect my purchase. She did not try to oversell me with things I did not need. I signed my paper works for the car and never even realized the time because she was such a pleasant person to talk to. I checked the price he gave me with another BMW dealer in monmouth county and he was able to get me a considerably better deal...and also, never employing any pressure or 'hard sell' tacticts.
