I knew going into a BMW dealership that the car pretty much sells itself. BUt if i was to make this a match made in heaven, then I had to make sure that the people at the dealership were great to do busi much sells itself. I must say, that Scott Marlow and other have exceeded my expectations. The purchase, negotations, delivery of vehicle, etc. was all stress free. The only thing better would have been if the car was free. I look forward to dealing with Bob the General Manger and his team for years to come. Thank you Scott for that first handshake. I lost my car (also a BMW) in hurricane sandy and couldn't decide what to do about replacing the car. I went to BMW of Freehold to look around at the newly designed 3 series and was sold as soon as couldn't decide what to do about replacing the car. I went to BMW of Freehold to look around at the newly designed 3 series and was sold as soon as I test drove the car. The new design on the 3 series sedan is much roomier than the old model which I had. I feel like I have gone into a more luxurious car and the ride is very comfy. This car has such a smooth start, you just have to watch yourself on the highway because you hit 80 really easy! Between my salesman Rob and the young man working the lot (Steven) they really know their cars and gave me wonderful service. The gentleman, David from BMW assist was also terrific. Everyone is very helpful to get you started in your new car. I have only had the car for 12 hours but I am already in love with it :) More

Overall we had a great experience with Mike at BMW. He was able to work with us and come to a price agreement we were happy with and a car we could not wait to get. We did experience an issue after ordering our car, but Mike made sure that all of that was taken care of before the car was delivered to us. I purchased a certified 335i this past summer and ran into several issues with the car. Much to my surprise Michael Montelone contacted BMW headquarters and assisted in getting back the money I had put d into several issues with the car. Much to my surprise Michael Montelone contacted BMW headquarters and assisted in getting back the money I had put down on the vehicle. I was able to apply the credit to a new X1 which I love. I never thought it would be possible for me to get my money back. Michael unfortunately moved to another BMW dealership during my experience, but did make certain I was well taken care of by Mark Ongsiako. I must say I had a bumpy start at this dealership but the staff at Freehold BMW did make sure to correct the issues I had and assured I had complete satisfaction in the end.
