Richard was very professional and mild-mannered, and provided a calm experience for me in choosing the best vehicle configuration and price that would match my needs. Fortunately enough, after going back and forth with different options, he was able to find the car in his computer that I really wanted and that it was already on its way here from Germany, which made the hours that we spent at the dealership worthwhile. BMW of Freehold helped me get my first car 3 years ago financed with an excellent rate and also provided a good trade in appraisal for it. After speaking to his manager, Richard was able to help me get the trade in value for my first car a little better and knocked a thousand and so dollars more off of the 2013 X1 that I wanted to lease. He took the time in showing me the features of the X1 as well as tidy up the car a bit, making sure there were no visible dirt or smudges inside and out. Although the car had an issue in getting the BMW Assist activated due to a minor error, Richard made sure that the matter was resolved as fast as possible by communicating with their mechanics foreman and me promptly. I went to the dealership during their 3-day Labor Day sales event to see if I could take advantage of their current specials and loyalty discount and I was pleased to have received it, and more. More

I received bad customer service a couple of years ago and reflected that in a survey and was confronted about it by two svc advisors and I was l was verbatim told to not do it again. Needless to say I warned everyone that would listen about the horrid cust. svc at bmw and found I was not alone, a ton of women I asked felt the same way. Jump to today. I wanted a preowned larger vehicle for the winter. I mentioned this to Isaac in passing who offered to set me up with sales. Isaac btw is awesome! I really wish I would have met him alot sooner, every service appt went from my dreading the process to feeling uber comfortable with calling poor Isaac 3 times a day, everytime he was polite and friendly. Such a breath of fresh air. Rob and John in sales, and Dennis in finance went above and beyond to get me a great deal in exactly what I wanted. Even more than I asked for! I had to tell the General Manager Dori (who is also a doll) that I couldn't believe this is the same BMW from 2 years ago. This place is super female friendly. I drove in by myself, on a whim, on the way home from work just to see what was in stock. I did not think I would walk out with a good deal on exactly what I wanted. I am blessed that I did. This was the first time ever I have been car shopping and not felt like I needed a pokerface and a calculator. I am now raving about this place and couldn't be happier. I am a big believer that customer service must be top notch especially in this economy and am happy to say that I finally found a dealer that offers honest, friendly service which can be rare in this industry. Its obviously a business and they have to make a living, but I was not taken for a ride or pressured at all. Isaac, John, Rob and Dennis made this experience as pleasant as possible, and Rob even helped me clean out my toddler ridden trade in and move my belongins over to the new car!! Absolute best customer service ever. More

This was my 2nd lease of a new BMW X3, I live in Staten Island,NY and I have to pass or am closer to at least 5 or 6 other dealerships than Freehold, but my initial experience has made me a customer for life .The entire process was an absolute pleasure , the new X3 had to be ordered and the delivery times were delayed ,but John McBride helped in extending my current lease ,"took care" of mileage overages and some small damage. I ordered my new car over the phone and via e-mails with John Bell ,who walked me through every step of the way,and when the time came for delivery , the experience was outstanding... went over EVERY aspect and feature of the car , set all the controls and pre-programs ,dedicating more time to my wife and myself than I ever expected . The custom built for__________ sign on the windshield was a nice touch!! I can honestly say there wasnt a glitch,problem,excuse,or issue in the entire process. This coupled with the excellent treatment in the service department when we brought our old car in for service/repairs even to the point of being asked what kind of loaner car would we prefer!!!! For me and anyone who asks ...Freehold is the choice for BMW!!! More
