Before I say something about Monica, I would like to share something with you which will help you to get a clear pic of her professionalism. Although I live in Monroe township (7-8 miles from Freehold) yet i always preferred Princeton BMW and Open Road Edison becuase of very bad experince aboout 3 years ago in Freehold dealership. I was treated in an extremly unprofessional way by one of the salesperson. I had decided to not to come back again, until a friend of mine told me about his experience in Freehold. So I have half heartedly make a call and appointment to meet Monica. It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted by a cheerful person and was escorted to her office (Monica), the rest of the negotiation went so smoothly that it looked like a dream and it seemed that I was dealing with one of my old buddy. Although he seemed to be very busy due to the busy month end sales, he offered to help me through another sales man to ensure I didn't wait too long to get my hands on the wheel. Maria, the Internet Sales Manager was very responsive and a very friendly person. She was very prompt both on the phone and e-mail and clearly walked me through with all the questions . She made sure I got the best deal/offer and the best buying experience. One thing that stood out with this dealership was there was no sales pitch or sales pressure tactics that you will typically experience in a dealership. We were greeted by Anthony within a minute of arriving at dealership. He allowed us to browse the lot for the particular vehicles we were interested in with no added pressure (Nice touch)!
