About a week later, my car finally arrived and I took a trip down to Freehold. My car was waiting for me as was all of the relevant paperwork. A little costly, but when you purchase it seperate from your monthly payments it gives you greater satisfaction of knowing your covered even if you never submit a claim. The client advisor listened and found the best deal a win win deal for me as a customer and him as the salesman. Please note, Mr. Gin is the first service advisor that I have encountered that truly tries to validate my concerns about my 530XI. At the advice of Mr. Gin, he had made arrangements for Kang to take a test drive with me so that I can pinpoint my concern of the handling of my vehicle. Due to the test drive and going over my concerns and history of my auto, Kang was able to pinpoint and correct all necessary adjustments to my vehicle so that it would handle the way it should be. Please note, at the beginning when I was contemplating a new vehicle, it was either an Audi or BMW, due to my disappointment in my BMW, I was regretting my purchase and glad that my daughter did not listen to me when it was her time to purchase another new car. Because of Mr. Gin and Kang, they had restored my dedication as a consumer. More
