When I got there, I spoke with Frank, sales rep, who went to get the car to the front entrance so we could test drive it. As I was waiting, I checked my emails and I received an email from Maria saying that car was "JUST SOLD." I was extremely annoyed and frustrated. When Frank came back and asked me if I received the email, he offered no resolution - on the contrary, he was very dry and said that he can see what he can do for me with a similar car. Not once when I called and spoke to Carissa yesterday to schedule an appt in person today to see the car, nor today when I spoke to Maria just 2 hours before driving over an hour to see the car, did either of them ask me for a deposit or a credit app to hold the car. On top of all this, the way they handled this situation was totally ruthless as if I wasn't a customer... I myself am in Medical Sales and I would never ever treat any of my customers this way - in fact, even if there was "miscommunication" and my potential customer was frustrated and very annoyed, I would ask for them to sit, OFFER WATER (which was way too much for them to do when I walked in to the dealership today too) and get my manager to come talk to them out of respect. NONE of this occurred. In fact, the opposite happened as Frank came back and quoted me a price of $40 more per month for the SAME exact car... Was this one of those old school car salesmen tactics? Get the customer through the doors and charge more after you say the car JUST SOLD? ON TOP of that, offer them a deal which is more per month and spend 1.5 minutes with them after this entire situation? Sales rep didn't ask me once to sit back down or go get his manager after I said that's $40 more for the same car and was about to get off my seat... In fact, he looked at me, folded his paper up and was about to get up himself. I wrote an email to both of the GM's and am awaiting a reply (no reply yet after 5 hours)... I am a Ray Catena Mercedes customer and they have treated me 100x times better - I might be better off sticking to them or checking out another BMW dealership... I only came here as I was referred by one of my doctors in that area - I will definitely have to give him my feedback... How can you email a customer that the car is sold 15 mins before they arrive at the dealership? Why not a courtesy phone call? Why not ask me on the phone definitively if I was coming in since they had another customer ready to buy that same car? Ask me for a deposit since I called them yesterday originally... NONE OF THIS HAPPENED because they WANTED TO MAKE THE SALE with NO CONSIDERATION of REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE More

Had to take off time from work to drop car there. Walked in and was advised to wait to be called. Finally got called by one of the advisers (I think the only female adviser there). She didn't even know my right name. Neither had any courtesy or manner to introduce herself. Had an attitude of "what do you want from me". Told me to go wait and after I've asked where my loaner I was assured I'm getting is I was told that it's not on my list no loaners are available and I can reschedule an appointment if I wanted to. All this after about 2 weeks of waiting. I was than given the key and was told "You clear to back up from the garage". After all it made me feel funny driving an upscale vehicle with the most inferior service. I was warned by many about Freehold BMW but I guess sometimes you need some personal experience..... I'll never put my foot there nor recommend anyone this dealership. More
about Nick Sciarappa and BMW Freehold Family Simply Awesome! From Nick to Danny the Manager to Mike in Financing, I could not ask for a better experience. Nick caught my attention from the moment Simply Awesome! From Nick to Danny the Manager to Mike in Financing, I could not ask for a better experience. Nick caught my attention from the moment he introduced himself. He is extremely well mannered and very professional. A couple of weeks back, my son talked about purchasing a pre-owned BMW. I initially found it strange, since we have been a Toyota / Lexus family for the last 12 years. We talked about staying with a Lexus, but he insisted that a BMW was for him. So as parents in support of our son's BMW interest, we visited the BMW Freehold dealership last Sunday to learn about BMW. The lot was filled with many models, colors and price ranges. I felt like a kid in the candy store. The opportunity to "walk the lot" while the dealership was closed, helped both my wife and I compare and learn about the brand. The next evening, we decided to visit the dealership while open, and this is when we met a very dapper Nick. We hit if off from the start. I explained to Nick, that I am a straight shooter and don't general tolerate "salespeople". Nick's reply........"Great, so do I". He doesn't turn on a sales pitch; instead he builds a relationship, and lets the automobile sell itself. We had returned to see Nick 3 consecutive days that same week; both with and without our son. For I too was falling for the BMW brand. I could go on and on about the experience with Mike in Financing (good guy) or Danny the Manager or Dori the GM who helped diffuse a car war with another buyer regarding the purchase of my car. Yes, MY CAR. On Saturday, my son, wife and I had a 10am meeting with Nick to buy his car, and by 5p walked out with buying 2. We picked up both cars, just yesterday. Again............the BMW of Freehold's entire staff is the real deal. Besure to ask for Nick Sciarappa and begin your own relationship with the BMW of Freehold family. ciao More

I am a very satisfied customer and couldn't appreciate more about the excellent work that was done to identify and fix a rattle sound from my 535ix. It was on and off and would come from the driver side. I appreciate the patience and deligence the service team took to isolate and identify the root cause. Their persistence paid off in identifying the issue with quite a few test drives. A big shutout to Laude Arnaldi, Craig and the techs involved in fixing my car. Thanks, Arvind Saddala More

Very poor end of lease mistake as I will describe. I also had the insurance on the old X5 against any nicks and dings. The problem is that the person who inspected the car failed to take pictures of the minor damage which the insurance company needed for the claim. I spoke to several people at BMW financial, and they were equally surprised at the oversight. It got to the point where they did not return my calls. I am beginning to see why BMW slipped from the best selling luxury car down to the third place in 2016. Plus, I read today their profits are poor...many of my friends have had similar issues with BMW and are now happily in Audis. BMW of Freehold was more interested in numbers than a long time BMW customer who now hates the way they do business. Stay away from this dealership... More
