Thank you Nick M I had the oppportunity to meet Nick Marchesani in January 2019. I initially came in because I was interested in a pre-owned 535 with ultra low miles. I had the oppportunity to meet Nick Marchesani in January 2019. I initially came in because I was interested in a pre-owned 535 with ultra low miles. Unfortunately I did not purchase the intended vehicle because I had a financed car (also a BMW) in which the situation was not ideal. I remember how diligently Nick worked with me to find the right car for me. We spent a few weeks in communication with one another and I distinctly remember him asking “what are you going to do if things do not work out?” and my response was that I would wait because I have been a loyal BMW customer since 2005 and I was not willing to drive another car. On 4/27/19 I walked into Freehold BMW in the late afternoon and worked with Nick once again. He immediately greeted me and my family with a warm smile and genuinely expressed an interest in helping us. He stayed well beyond closing time and assisted us and I was able to make a purchase of a new 5 series and left with the car the same day! I truly appreciate all of Nick’s help; his professionalism and courtesy during my first encounter with him is what brought us back and I am pleased to say that he exceeded my expectations this time as well. I am glad that we had an opportunity to work with Nick Marchesani and look forward to making future purchases with him.
