My salesman, Mark, and the finance guy I also worked with, Mike, gave me just that. They explained everything to me and gave me real answers, they did not try to sell me anything more than what I had said I wanted. I drove away feeling good about the whole experience. Excellent Customer Service My experience with BMW of Freehold was very good, I initially worked with Nick Schaible & worked out the details if the vehicle I wanted through phone My experience with BMW of Freehold was very good, I initially worked with Nick Schaible & worked out the details if the vehicle I wanted through phone. Then at showroom I took the test drive and was assigned a junior sales advisor who did not know much about the car I was buying. Hence I have taken out one star for that purpose for dealership. Then I was assigned to Mike Youssuf who is great to work with. Both he and Nick made my buying process seamless and quick. Both Nick and Mike are great to work with, however dealership needs to ensure to assign a rep for test drive someone who understands the car you are buying more than you. That's a slight sticky point, rest experience was great. More
