Excellent, efficient, and personable customer service I went to Freehold BMW to purchase my first car and I did not know what to expect, I always heard how people would dread going to car dealers when it I went to Freehold BMW to purchase my first car and I did not know what to expect, I always heard how people would dread going to car dealers when it was time to buy or lease a car. BMW Freehold went above and beyond my expectations of being an excellent car dealer. Nick Sciarappa was very knowledgable and patient throughout the whole process, helping me find the perfect car that fit me, he explained anything and everything I needed to know about the cars I was considering, making the buying process pleasant and stress-free. Nick Lichaa was very personable, professional, and efficient and put no pressure on me during the buying process. My experience here was great and I highly recommend Nicholas Sciarappa and Nicholas Lichaa to anybody looking to buy/lease a BMW. Pride in what you do and who you represent shows character and commitment. Mark was great very friendly and proud of the product he represented. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of what he was selling and very proud to sell it. He wanted to work there since he was a kid. When you do what you love it’s a pleasure not a job and that’s how I felt around Marc. Finally Russel was excellent as well.
