First and foremost, I hate going into dealerships! !!! I find it to be extremely stressful and just thinking about it makes me anxious. I am a female in my late 50s. Yesterday, My daughter and I went into BMW of Freehold in New Jersey. I wanted my dream car, my credit is not the greatest but thought of giving it a shot. We were introduced to Mark. He is awesome!!! Made us feel comfortable and at ease. He is very experienced at what he does and gave me all my options. Mark THANK YOU!!!!! We were then introduced to Nicholas, He is a gem.
