Today I made my 3rd purchase from BMW of Freehold. In the midst of a full system outage due to a cyberattack the team at BMW of Freehold went above and beyond to help me get my purchase done. Everything that could be done within the team's control was done! Paige was a FANTASTIC help the entire way from greeting me to guiding me through the process, she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond the call of a sales representative and ensured the process went smoothly, making this entire process a breeze! Nick, the sales manager, provided excellent customer service with a smile and a carries himself with a professional demeanor. He went as far as to assist me in getting home when time ran out on before we could close the deal having John drive me home! Tyler, the finance manager, was quick and efficient through the entire closing process and did everything he could to get me done even with the system being down! All in all, the team at BMW of Freehold are FANTASTIC, I highly recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking!!! They exceed expectations and set the bar extremely high! Thank you!!! More

He is a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop regarding delivery timeline and all other matters. The icing on top was when he spent a good 45 minutes giving the demo of the new car when we went to pick up. He stayed past the dealership hours to make sure I felt comfortable; Mike is not only a great salesman, he is an even better customer service representative! I may have been at the dealership for 15 minutes before I was ready for Arthur to educate me on the car’s features and drive away. I leased an X3 SUV from Freehold BMW, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. My primary issue has been with the dealership's inability to handle the registration and licensing of my vehic has been nothing short of frustrating. My primary issue has been with the dealership's inability to handle the registration and licensing of my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. I leased the SUV out of state and needed to get the licensing plate from the Delaware DMV. However, Freehold BMW has repeatedly taken missteps in getting this resolved. Every interaction with them has been met with excuses and a lack of accountability. They continually blame their internal DMV Registration team. This ongoing struggle has been incredibly inconvenient and has taken far longer than it should. The dealership's lack of professionalism and ineffective communication has left me regretting my decision to lease from them. If you are considering leasing or buying a vehicle from Freehold BMW, I would strongly advise you to reconsider, especially if you require any out-of-state DMV interactions. My experience has been marred by their incompetence, and I hope others do not have to endure the same frustration. More
