The sales representative Nick was so friendly and efficient. He had the car I wanted ready for test drive and my car in perfect condition and ready for pick up at the time I needed. Prior to pick up, with my permission, he contacted my insurance company for my policy change so it was a simple phone call to update my insurance. He made this experience so easy. Maria made our financial work simple and quick. Benjamin our IT specialist explained as much as I could comprehend out of the 10,000 options that the car has. Lol The deal from the General Manager, Danny Claro couldn't have been better. He is personable and honest. My son had purchased a car from Danny before and repeatedly told me his personal attention and service was so good he would never go anywhere else. I agree. I'll be a customer for life. 2nd Car Purchase BMW of Freehold salesman are busy. Why? Cause they move some cars. Why? Because they are xxxx good at what they do. Mike Youssef is no different, the BMW of Freehold salesman are busy. Why? Cause they move some cars. Why? Because they are xxxx good at what they do. Mike Youssef is no different, they dude is busy. He has no time to small talk you. He is real and he knows the product he is selling is premier. Don't get me wrong, he is very personable and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Beware of the salesman who has to "sell" you. Mike assists you, BMW sells itself. Just like every purchase should. I suggest when (not if) you buy a car at BMW of Freehold that you demand Maria Shouldice to be the finance manager you deal with. Dealing with her will be the frosting on the cake of your new BMW purchase. You might even go back and buy a second one like I did. Really great experience. Really great people. - Mark M More
